THE NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL
PROGRAMME VISITS SOUTH AFRICA
June: a month in the
academic calendar that is dominated by examinations and winter
holidays. At Spero Villioti Elite Design Academy however students
are preparing for the long awaited New York International
Programme. The two week programme allows South African students
access to experience design at an international level. Providing
our students with this opportunity is proof again that Spero
Villioti Elite Design Academy is completely dedicated to
'cultivating fashion leaders not followers'.
The New York International Programme features top faculty members
who lecture on industry leading, international fashion programmes
based in New York. These lecturers fly to Spero Villioti Elite
Design Academy directly from Parsons The New School for Design,
Fashion Institute of Technology and Pratt Institute to run the
programme. This opportunity is exclusively available to students
attending Spero Villioti Elite Design Academy. The students at the
Academy are privileged to receive a global perception of design as
they undertake a programme that has been designed and conducted
especially for them by the faculty from America. The attendees are
awarded a certificate for completing the New York International
Programme to substantiate successful achievement of the course
objectives.
